As is all industries, change is constant. The increased complexity of many electrical installations combined with the compressed construction schedules has lead to the evolution of design/build contracts. Divane Bros. Electric Co. has performed an increasing number of these projects following a design – build process. Our team of estimators and project managers work in conjunction with the owner from the development of scope of work through construction. Our full service CADD Department provides the project with detailed installation drawings, and immediate attention to changes made during the installation process.
